My son Barry Caulfield booked appartment in elda with you. Taxi driver could not find address. Link kept sending us to wrong one. 11pm. We had to book into hotel which cost 150euro. The following morning my son located appartment having to inquire from a lot of people. Very disappointed. Breda Caulfield.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Parking was under the hotel in a public parking lot. It only cost me 6 Euro to park my motorcycle but it costs 10 Euro to park cars. It is manned with a 24 hour security guard.

The staff were incredibly helpful when I asked for adaptor to plug in to charge my phone and to store luggage after check out. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The staff was very helpful. We traveled a family of 4 and wanted 2 double rooms close to each other, the request was accommodated. They also generously allowed us a bit later checkout. Room was impeccably clean, bed comfortable, aircon efficient. The hotel is in the middle of Elda and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Restaurant Almeria2 right in front of the hotel served great food, I recommend it.
